Every 30mm Pro 24V RGBWW bulb is rated for 50,000+ hours of use and is covered by Aurum for the lifetime of the system. If a bulb fails under normal use, Aurum replaces it — full stop.
Channel, power supplies, and controllers are covered by Aurum for 10 years from the install date. This covers defects in the hardware itself, not damage caused by improper installation.
Installation is covered by your dealership's own warranty, not Aurum's. Every Aurum dealer is required to back their own install work for a minimum of 1 year — many dealers choose to offer longer.
Damage from improper installation, unauthorized modification, acts of nature, or power issues outside the system's rated spec aren't covered by the Aurum product warranty — this is why workmanship warranty sits with the installing dealer.
